• You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to ‘CHECK OUT’.
• Once you ‘Checked out’ you can either sign in / create an account OR proceed and fill in the shipping details as our guest.
• Please provide your e-mail & shipping address (delivery address)
• Review your order to ensure all items & shipping details are correct.
• Press ‘CONTINUE TO SHIPPING’ and please choose your shipping preference - we ship worldwide with UPS (Standard / Express saver), with services from Post in selected countries.
• Then press ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’ and please select your payment method.
• We accept VISA, MESTERCARD credit and debit cards payment, as well as SWEDBANK banklink payment.
• Currency in which payment accepted. All transactions made on BBB International website through Maksekeskus AS are done using Euros.(EUR)
• BILLING ADDRESS. Select the address that matches your card or payment method.
• Before pressing ‘COMPLETE ORDER’ pleasereview your order to ensure all items, shipping details, billing details, payment method details are correct and you have to accept Terms and Conditions & Terms of service.
• You will then receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

In the unlikely circumstance we’d be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you completed the order explaining the issue that may have arose.

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the COMPLETE ORDER button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.

 

2.1   BBB INTERNATIONAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AT ANYTIME. USUALLY WE MIGHT NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

• The product / item is not available / in stock.
• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.
• Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.
• We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself.
• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.

If you wish to delete your user content on our website or in connection with our mobile applications, please contact us by email at contact@bigballerbrandinc.com and include the following information in your deletion request: first name, user name/screen name (if applicable), email address associated with our website and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the posting, and date(s) of posting(s) you wish to delete (if you have it). We may not be able to process your deletion request if you are unable to provide such information to us. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your deletion request.

 

3.0 PRICES AND CURRENCY

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered.

 

3.1 CURRENCY IS EUROS.

 

All transactions on BBB International website hosted on Shopify e-commerce platform made through Maksekeskus AS are done using Euros (EUR).

Conversion rates may apply from your bank. Check conversion rates to Euros with your bank.

3.2 PAYMENTS

 

 

 

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD credit and debit cards payments, as well as Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank banklink payments.

 

 

 

3.3 PRICE CHANGES

BBB International reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

 

4.0 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders made on the BBB International website are dispatched from Europe Union (EU). We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes this is not always possible. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.

We reserve the right to process your order in 2 - 5 working days before dispatching your shipment. Then delivery service by carrier adds estimated delivery days on top.

We have multiple options for international delivery, depending on where you're situated in the world.

            UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

4.2 CUSTOMS

Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties to be paid.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the BBB International warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

By European law, BBB International is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

 

5.0 GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS

 

5.1 GIFT CARDS

 

You can purchase s Gift Card via the accessories page on the BBB International website. Gifts Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code.

Once a gift card has been issued, the card becomes that customers’ property.

Gift Cards cannot be used in the purchase of another Gift Card.

 

5.2 DISCOUNT CODES

Discount code could be sent to you only if you have registered account with us.

We reserve the right to decide who will be selected to get the discount code.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

BBB International reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

Usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability.

6.0 INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

BBB International owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BIG BALLER BRAND INTERNATIONAL OU website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BBB International website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BBB International at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

 

7.0 RETURNS & REFUNDS

7.1 RETURN POLICY

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• If an item has a BIG BALLER BRAND security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Please take care when trying on your items and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

7.2 RETURN PROCESS

Your returned item must arrive at the BBB International warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives BBB international distribution location within 14 days.

Please contact at  CustomerService@bigballerbrandinc.comand you will receive email with detailed information what you need to complete the return.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will immediately send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

7.3 EXCHANGE POLICY

The Exchange Policy is 30 days from the delivery date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send Customer Service team an email at  CustomerService@bigballerbrandinc.com

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

7.4 PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain situations where only partial refunds could be offered (if applicable):

- Obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7.5 GIFT RETURN:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR , you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

7.6 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

 

Depending on the service and country you are returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7.7 CANCEL CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS (CCR)

Depending on where you live, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCRs") or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU. This means that, during a certain cancellation period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep the purchased products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order. Once the products are returned to the relevant Partner you will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs; however you will be liable to arrange and cover the full cost of returning the order to BBB International.

Except in relation to certain types of products as set out in the Returns Policy, you may cancel a contract at any time before your order is delivered and up to 14 days afterwards, beginning on the day after you received the products.

To cancel a contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably:

• By telephone on +1 909 295 4287 or +372 555 60114, giving us your name, address and order reference and completing and returning the cancellation form and sending it to the address set out in the form.

If you cancel an order (or part of an order) in 14 days after delivery to your address, you must return the product(s) within 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the cancellation, and ensure the item(s) comply with the conditions of our Returns Policy.

If you cancel a contract between us within the 14-day after delivery to your address, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In any case your refund will be completed within 14 days after the day on which BBB International received your return, or if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the product(s) to the relevant BBB International address.
