RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- If an item has a BIG BALLER BRAND security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your items and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

7.2 RETURN PROCESS
Your returned item must arrive at the BBB International warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives BBB international distribution location within 14 days.
Please contact at CustomerService@bigballerbrandinc.comand you will receive email with detailed information what you need to complete the return.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will immediately send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
7.3 EXCHANGE POLICY
The Exchange Policy is 30 days from the delivery date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send Customer Service team an email at CustomerService@bigballerbrandinc.com
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
7.4 PARTIAL REFUND
There are certain situations where only partial refunds could be offered (if applicable):
- Obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7.5 GIFT RETURN:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR , you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7.6 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
Depending on the service and country you are returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
