SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the BBB International website are dispatched from Europe Union (EU). We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes this is not always possible. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.
We reserve the right to process your order in 2 - 5 working days before dispatching your shipment. Then delivery service by carrier adds estimated delivery days on top.
We have multiple options for international delivery, depending on where you're situated in the world.

4.1 DELIVERY SERVICES:
We ship worldwide with UPS (Standard or Express saver), with services from Post in selected countries.
POST: Selected countries in Europe and Rest of the world: delivery within 5-12 days.
UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 5-7 days
UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

BBB International cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
BBB International cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:
Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Offer available for a limited time only.
4.2 CUSTOMS
Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties to be paid.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the BBB International warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
By European law, BBB International is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.
